Diclac ID

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Diclofenac sodium 150 mg

Auxiliary components:

microcrystalline cellulose, hyprolose (hydroxypropyl cellulose), croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Properties:

Phenylacetic acid derivative; has antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. By indiscriminately inhibiting COX 1 and 2, it disrupts the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the amount of prostaglandins (Pg) in the focus of inflammation. It is most effective for inflammatory pain. Like all NSAlDs, the drug has antiplatelet activity.

Indications:

Inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis; go arthritis, rheumatic soft tissue damage).

Degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (deforming osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis).

Algodismenorrhea; inflammatory processes in the small pelvis, incl. adnexitis.

Pain syndrome:

headache (including migraine) and toothache, bursitis, tendonitis, lumbago, sciatica, ossalgia, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, sciatica, in case of cancer, post-traumatic and postoperative pain syndrome, accompanied by inflammation.

As part of complex therapy for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs with severe pain:

-pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media. Feverish syndrome with “colds” and infectious diseases.

Method of administration and dosage:

Inside, after eating, without chewing and drinking a sufficient amount of liquid (1 / 2glass of water). When the optimal therapeutic effect is achieved, the dose is gradually reduced and the maintenance treatment is switched to a dose of 50 mg / day. The maximum daily dose is 150 mg.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (including to other NSAlDs), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the exacerbation phase), bronchial asthma (risk of exacerbation), urticaria or acute rhinitis provoked by the intake of acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, severe renal / hepatic heart failure, hematopoiesis disorders, pregnancy, children (up to 6 years), lactation.

Carefully:

peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, a history of liver disease, hepatic porphyria, chronic renal failure, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, a significant decrease in the volume of circulating blood (including after massive surgery) , children aged 6 to 15 years, elderly patients over 65 years of age (includ those receiving diuretics, debilitated patient and those with low body weight), bronchial asthma (risk of exacerbation), concomitant use of glucocorticoids, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, selective reverse inhibitors seizure of serotonin.

Precautions:

Due to the important role of prostaglandins in maintaining renal blood flow, special care should be taken when prescribing to patients with heart or renal failure, as well as when treating elderly patients taking diuretics, and patients who, for any reason, have a decrease in blood volume (for example , after extensive surgery). If diclofenac is prescribed in such cases, it is recommended to monitor renal function as a precautionary measure.

In patients with renal failure with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml / min, the quasistationary plasma concentration should theoretically be significantly higher than in patients with normal renal function, but this is not really observed, since in this situation the excretion of metabolites in the bile increases. In patients with liver failure (chronic hepatitis, compensated liver cirrhosis), kinetics and metabolism do not differ from those in pati with normal liver function.

With prolonged use in large doses, the risk of ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract mucosa, bleeding (gastrointestinal, gingival, uterine, hemorrhoidal) increases.
