Composition (per 1 capsule):

• Dantrolene Sodium – 25 mg
• Paracetamol – 300 mg.

Dantrelax Compound is a combination drug with muscle-relaxing and analgesic effects. It is used for muscle spasms accompanied by pain syndrome, particularly in neurological and orthopedic practice.

Pharmacological properties:

• Dantrolene – a peripherally acting muscle relaxant. Reduces muscle tone by inhibiting calcium release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum of muscle cells.
• Paracetamol – an analgesic and antipyretic agent. Relieves pain, enhancing the effect of dantrolene.
The combination effectively reduces muscle spasms and associated pain.

Indications for use:

• Muscle spasms of various origins (neurological, traumatic)
• Myopathies accompanied by increased muscle tone
• Chronic pain in the lower back, neck
• Postoperative rehabilitation with pain syndrome.

Method of administration and dosage:

For adults:

• Usually 1 capsule 1–2 times a day after meals.
• Dosage may be adjusted by a physician depending on the severity of the condition and the patient's response.
