Description:

ARTEC is a nutritional supplement, used in the treatment of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It stimulates the production of cartilage, which leads to joint repair.

Composition:

Each Film Coated tablet contains :

Chondrotin Sulphate 500 mg, Glucosamine Sulphate 500 mg.

Indications:

Dietary Supplement to maintain healthy joints and cartilage integrity.

Dosage:

One tablet twice daily or as directed by physician.

Precautions & Warnings:

Dietary supplement are not intended to diagnose or treat or cure or prevent diseases.

To be used cautiously in patients with bleeding disorders.

Side Effects:

-Generally, Artec is safe and well tolerated. However, mild forms of gastrointestinal disturbances in the form of Nausea,vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation headache or skin rash, flushing, fatigue may occur.

-Taking Glucosamine may have a slight blood sugar lowering effect, if Glucosamine is taken at the same time that insulin is being used hypoglycemia may result, therefore they should not be used together at the same time.

-May have slight blood sugar Lowering effect.

-There is some concern that Chondrotin Sulfate may make asthma worse.

-In theory, administrating Chondrotin Sulfate might increase the risk of bleeding in people with blood clotting disorders.

-Side effects are rare: headache, mood changes. rash, hives, diarrhea and other symptoms. 

-If you have any side effects, stop taking the supplement and see a doctor.

Contraindications:

Not used for children, pregnancy, and lactation.

People who have shellfish allergies, asthma or prostate cancer should not take Chondrotin Supplements without talking to a doctor first.

To be used under medical supervision.

Storage Method:

Keep at temperature not exceeding 30° C in dry place.

Keep out of the reach of children.
