Composition:

Etoricoxib — 60 mg.

Anselacox is an anti-inflammatory agent.
Anselacox 60 mg is used to relieve pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other joint diseases. It has high selectivity for the COX-2 enzyme, which reduces the risk of gastrointestinal side effects.

Pharmacological properties:

Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor that suppresses the production of prostaglandins — substances that cause inflammation, pain and swelling.
Unlike traditional NSAIDs, it does not significantly affect COX-1, which reduces the risk of damage to the stomach lining.
The drug effectively relieves chronic pain with long-term use.

Indications for use:

• Osteoarthritis
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Gouty arthritis
• Acute pain and discomfort of the musculoskeletal system.

Method of administration and dosage:

• Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis: 60 mg or 90 mg once a day.
• Ankylosing spondylitis: 60 mg or 90 mg once a day.
• Acute pain: 60 mg once a day.
• Gout: 120 mg once a day.
• Menstrual cramps: 120 mg once a day.
• The tablet is taken orally, regardless of food intake, with water.
• The duration of use is determined by the physician depending on the indications and tolerability.
