Composition:

Each hard gelatin capsule contains:

Diclofenac Potassium – 50mg.

Chlorzoxazone – 250mg.

Auxiliary components: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

Properties:

Diclofenac potassium belongs to non-steroidal drugs with pronounced antirheumatic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant with sedative properties that inhibits muscle spasm.

Indications:

acute and chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system associated with muscle spasm.

Mode of application:

maximum dose 1 capsule 3 times daily afte meals, or as directed by your doctor.

Contraindications:

hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, aspirin; severe liver failure; period of pregnancy, lactation.

Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease. NSAlDs cause an increased risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse events (especially in the elderly): inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and perforation of the stomach or intestines. For chlorzoxazone: Serious hepatocellular toxicity. Early symptoms of hepatotoxicity: fever, rash, nausea, vomiting, right upper quadrant pain, dark urine, or jaundice. You should immediately stop taking the drug, consult a doctor. Do not drink alcohol during treatment. Patients with renal, heart or hepatic insufficiency and the elderly should be monitored.

Side effects:

headaches, dizziness; drowsiness, vertigo; tachy- / bradycardia, arterial hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure; painful sensations the abdomen, vomiting, cramps, flatulence, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia; hepatitis, fluid

retention in the body, edema; rash, Quincke’s edema.

Storage method:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of reach of children.

Packaging:

a cardboard box contains 1,2,3 blisters of 10 capsules each, paper instructions.
