Product Description: 

Itrapex is a triazole antifungal medication.

Indications for Use: 

Treatment of systemic mycoses such as histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, and aspergillosis.
Treatment of superficial fungal infections including onychomycosis, dermatomycoses, and candidiasis.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Administered orally.
The dosage depends on the type and severity of infection.
Typical adult dose is 100-200 mg daily, adjusted by physician.
