Direction of use:

For Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls daily.

For Children  (4-12 years): 2 teaspoonfuls daily.

Ideally taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Excessive use may be having a laxative effect due to presence of glycerin.
