Descriptions:

MaxiCal Plus is Multivitamin complex contains Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Zinc to help maintain bones, maintaining carascular and skin health.

Calcium: It is a mineral works to regulate many body functions, nerves and muscles, heart functions and blood clotting, in addition to being a necessity for the formation and construction of bone tissue and preventing fragility, it greatly affects the concentration of many minerals and adjust their levels in the blood such as phosphate (calcium works to remove excess from it to the outside of the body), potassium, and magnesium.

Vitamin D3: It is a vitamin that converts inside the body into the active compound,  which contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphate from the small intestine, the release of calcium from the bones to the blood and the re absorption of phosphates by renal tubules, is of great importance in maintaining bone health and preventing fragility, in addition to maintaining carascular and skin health.

Zinc: It plays a key role in skin health, immune function, and cell growth and may protect against acne, inflammation, and other conditions. 

Zinc supports a number of functions in the human body. As well as supporting the immune system, it enables the body to make proteins and DNA, contributes to wound healing. It also has antioxidant properties.

Magnesium: It is a nutrient that the body needs to stay healthy. Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA.

Magnesium can help improve the mood, sleep, exercise performance, blood sugar regulation, and more.

Benefits and Uses:

A dietary supplement used to treat calcium and vitamin D3 deficiencies.

It is used in cases of osteoporosis, osteomalacia, hypoparathyroidism, and some muscle diseases such as hidden tetany.

Prevention of hypocalcemia in vulnerable people, such as women during pregnancy, lactation and during menopause.

Patients receiving treatment may affect calcium absorption and concentration in the blood such as phenytoin, prednisone, phenobarbital.
