Lamifen

Structure:

100 g of cream contains:

Terbinafine hydrochloride – 1 g

Properties:

Terbinafine has a broad spectrum of antifungal activity, fungicidal action against dermatophytes, mold and some dimorphic fungi. Its action leads to the death of fungal cells, provides long-term protection.

Indications:

Treatment of foot fungus and large body folds (jockey’s itch) caused by the Trichophyton fungus.

Mode of application:

Adults and children over 16 years of age Lamifen 1% cream should be regularly applied in a thin layer on and around the affected skin and rubbed lightly once a day. The duration of treatment is 1 week for foot fungus and large body folds. The affected area should be thoroughly washed and dried before use. In the case of interdigital and inguinal infections, the application can be covered with a gauze pad, especially at night. Symptom relief usu occurs within a few days. If there are no sig of improvement after 2 weeks, the diagnosis

should be checked by a doctor.

Contraindications:

Children under 16; hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any component of the cream; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

The cream is for external use only. Do not drink alcohol during treatment. Do not use on the face, avoid getting the cream in the eyes. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse thoroughly with running water.

Side effects:

Itching, skin peeling, pain and irritation at the site of application, pigmentation disorders, burning sensation of the skin, erythema and scabs. Hypersensitivity reactions: itching, rash and urticaria.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of the reach of children.

Packaging:

The cardboard box contains an aluminum tube with a volume of 15 g of cream, paper instructions.
