La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micro-Peeling purifying gel is a micro-exfoliating cleansing gel designed for oily and acne-prone skin of the face and body. 
Its formula deeply cleanses pores, removes excess sebum and helps progressively reduce persistent imperfections and post-acne marks while preventing their recurrence.
The comfortable gel texture leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed without dryness.
