Composition:
Each tablet contains:
• Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) - 600 mg.
Pharmacological properties:
Palmitolethanolamide (PEA) is a fatty acid amide molecule produced by the body in response to inflammation and tissue damage. It acts through:
1. Antinociceptive effect
— Reduces the sensitivity of nerve endings to pain stimuli.
2. Anti-inflammatory effect
— Modulates the activity of immune cells (especially mast cells), reducing inflammation.
3. Neuroprotection
— Maintains the health of neurons and glial cells, participates in the restoration of tissues of the nervous system.
Indications for use:
• Chronic neuropathic pain (eg, diabetic neuropathy, sciatica)
• Fibromyalgia
• Interstitial cystitis
• Multiple sclerosis (as part of complex therapy)
• Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the central nervous system
• Alternative support for anxiety disorders.
Method of administration and dosage:
• Usually taken 1 tablet (600 mg) 1-2 times a day
