Directions for use:

Apply a small amount onto a wet sponge or loofah. Create a lather and apply to your body then rinse with warm water.

Aqua, sodium laureth sulphate, cocamide DEA, hydrolyed Milk protein, parfum/fragrance, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauryl suphate, sodium myristyl sulphate, propylene glycol, glycerin, xanthan gum, diazolidinyl urea, sodium cetyl sulphate, glycol distearate, peg-7 glyceryl cocoate, laureth-10, cocamide mea, sodium stearyl sulphate, methylparaben, styrene/acrylates copolymer, sodium chloride, peg-12 dimethicone, benzyl saliicylate, propylparaben, linalool, citric acid, limonene.
