Desa is a second-generation long-acting antihistamine, non-sedative drug that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine on the body. Prevents the development and facilitates the course of allergic reactions, has an antipruritic and antiexudative effect, reduces capillary permeability, prevents the development of tissue edema, spasm of smooth muscles. Does not affect the central nervous system, does not cause drowsiness.

adolescents from 12 years of age, the recommended dose of syrup is 2 teaspoons (5 mg in 10 ml) once a day. Children from 6 to 11 years old: 1 teaspoon (2.5 mg in 5 ml) once a day. Children from 12 months to 5 years: 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 mg in 2.5 ml) once a day. Children from 6 to 11 months: 2 ml (1 mg) once a day. Dosing recommendations for children with impaired liver or kidney function are not possible due to lack of data.
