Structure:

Each p / o tablet contains:

Desloratadine – 5mg.

Auxiliary components: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, peach opadrium.

Properties:

Delarex is a second generation long-acting antihistamine non-sedative drug. It prevents the development and facilitates the course of allergic reactions, has an antipruritic and antiexudative effect, reduces capillary permeability, prevents the development of tissue edema, smooth muscle spasm. Does not affect the central nervous system, does not cause drowsiness.

Indications:

Elimination of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis; symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis; with chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Mode of application:

Inside, tablets are taken with or without water, regardless of food intake. For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 tablet, 5 mg per day. For adults with impaired liver or kidney function, an initial dose of 1 tablet of 5 mg every other day is recommended.

Contraindications:

Children under 12 years old; hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug, loratadine; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

For hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, pruritus, urticaria, edema, dyspnea and anaphylaxis, following the use of desloratadine, therapy should be discontinued and alternative treatment should be considered.

Side effects:

Headache, dizziness, insomnia, hallucinations, hepatitis, dry mouth, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, myalgia, fatigue, fever, itching, rash, urticaria.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of reach of children.

Packaging:

The cardboard box contains 1 or 2 blisters of 10 p / o tablets each, paper instructions.
