Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Biotin (Vitamin B7) 10,000 mcg

Inactive ingredients:

Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Properties:

Biotin (vitamin H, vitamin B7) belongs to the water-soluble B vitamins.

In the body, biotin takes an active part in fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism and is one of the elements necessary for the normal growth and development of body cells.  Interacting with insulin, vitamin B7 normalizes blood sugar levels, which is especially important in diabetes.  Biotin is necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, the cells of which need glucose.  Together with folic, pantothenic acid, as well as Cobalamin (other B vitamins), it improves the functioning of the nervous system of the body.  With its insufficiency, irritability, nervousness, fatigue, insomnia appear.  Biotin belongs to the “beauty” vitamins.  Being a source of sulfur in the body, vitamin biotin has a positive effect on the condition of hair, skin and nails – it prevents their fragility, improves hair and nail growth, prevents their separation, inhibits hair loss, and normalizes the activity of the sebaceous glands.
