Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:
Ondansetron 8 mg.

Product Description: 

Zofran is an antiemetic preparation.
It is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting.

Indications for Use: 

Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and postoperative recovery.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Adults: 8 mg taken orally before treatment, followed by additional doses as prescribed.
Dosage may vary depending on indication and physician’s instructions.

Contraindications: 

Hypersensitivity to ondansetron or any excipients.
Not recommended for patients with congenital long QT syndrome.

Precautions: 

Use with caution in patients with impaired liver function.
Monitor cardiac status in patients with arrhythmias or those taking other QT-prolonging drugs.

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects):
