Method of administration and dosage:
A 1% solution is instilled into the conjunctival sac, 1-2 drops 3 times a day. In acute cases, the drug is instilled every 4 hours. After eye surgery, it is prescribed only 3-5 days after surgery.

Bacterial, viral, fungal diseases of the eyes, tuberculous lesions of the eyes, trachoma, violation of the integrity of the ocular epithelium.
Precautionary measures:
The drug is not recommended for use when wearing contact lenses. Before taking the drug, you should remove contact lenses and put them on again no earlier than 15 minutes later. As a result of prolonged use of drops, intraocular pressure may increase. If the drug is used for two weeks or more, intraocular pressure should be measured regularly.
Glucocorticosteroid therapy can mask the symptoms of an ongoing bacterial or fungal infection. In the presence of infection, the use of the drug should be combined with additional local antibiotic therapy.
In view of the possible lacrimation after instillation of the drug, it is not recommended to use it immediately before driving or servicing mechanical equipment.
Side effects:
After instillation, a rapidly passing burning sensation may occur.
With prolonged use, an increase in intraocular pressure is possible (therefore, when using drugs containing glucocorticosteroids, for more than 10 days, intraocular pressure should be measured regularly).
