Nexicure 40 mg 20 tablets

Composition:
Esomeprazole - 40 mg.
Pharmacological action:
Suppresses the acid-producing enzyme H⁺/K⁺-ATPase (proton pump)
Quickly reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid
Duration of action - up to 24 hours
The full effect develops after 3-5 days of regular use.
Indications for use:
Erosive esophagitis (including GERD)
Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Maintenance therapy after healing of esophagitis
As part of therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection
Prevention of ulcers when taking NSAIDs.
Method of administration and dosage:
GERD with erosive esophagitis: 40 mg 1 time per day for 4-8 weeks
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: 40 mg 2 times a day (or more - individually)
Maintenance therapy: 20-40 mg per day
Take 30-60 minutes before meals
Swallow the tablet or capsule whole, without chewing.
