Description:

Sesame oil is pressed from sesame seeds and its fame comes from India, where it is used to make food. Sesame oil has already been used in cooking more than 2,500 years, but the healing properties of this oil became known recently, when many healthy substances were discovered in its composition.

Composition:

Sesame oil contains vitamin E – one of the most powerful antioxidants, vitamin B6, many minerals – calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, which improve metabolism.
