Composition:

Perindopril arginine 5 mg,
Indapamide 1.25 mg.

Description: 

A combined antihypertensive medication.
Perindopril - an ACE inhibitor that reduces angiotensin II formation, lowers vascular resistance, and decreases blood pressure.
Indapamide - a diuretic that promotes sodium and water excretion, enhancing the antihypertensive effect.

Indications for Use:

Arterial hypertension (especially when monotherapy is insufficient).
Reduction of cardiovascular risk in hypertensive patients.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Coated tablets for oral use.
Typical dose: 1 tablet once daily, preferably in the morning.
Dosage adjusted by physician according to patient’s condition.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component or other ACE inhibitors.
History of angioedema.
Severe renal impairment.
Hypokalemia.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions:

Monitor renal function and electrolytes (potassium, sodium).
Use with caution in renal artery stenosis.
First-dose hypotension may occur.

Adverse Reactions/Side Effects:

Common: cough, headache, dizziness, fatigue, increased urination.
Rare: angioedema, hypokalemia, renal impairment.

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Contraindicated.
May cause fetal harm.
