Composition: 

Each hard gelatin capsule contains Duloxetine 30 mg in delayed-release pellets.

Product Description: 

Karbalta is an antidepressant preparation containing duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).
It is formulated as delayed-release capsules to ensure controlled absorption.

Indications for Use: 

Treatment of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, and fibromyalgia.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Adults: 30 mg once daily, swallowed whole with water.
Dosage may be adjusted by physician depending on condition and response.
Capsules should not be crushed or chewed.

Contraindications: 

Hypersensitivity to duloxetine or excipients.
Contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled hypertension, severe liver impairment, or concomitant use of MAO inhibitors.

Precautions: 

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment, seizure disorders, or history of mania.
Monitor blood pressure and liver function during treatment.
