Product Description: 

Neotone Serum Intensive is formulated for localized dark spots on the face, décolleté, and hands.
The serum combines exfoliating acids with depigmenting agents to reduce pigmentation, improve skin clarity, and even out tone.
Non-comedogenic and dermatologically tested.
