How to use:

• For massage, put 10-12 drops to 30 ml carrier oil or cream and massage.
• To help relieve head and neck tension, dilute Peppermint to a 1-3% ratio with your favorite carrier oil and apply to the neck and temples when tension occurs.
• It is also helpful to sniff when having a queasy stomach.
• For an amazing end of day foot soak, add a few drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil and ½ cup of salt dissolved in warm water.
• Diffuse Peppermint while working or during homework time to create a focused environment.
• Sprinkle a few drops in your shower for an awakening shower steam in the morning.
• Apply it to your neck and shoulders or to tired muscles following physical activity for a cooling sensation.
