Composition:

Each sachet contains:
Sodium chloride — 0.52 mg;
Anhydrous glucose — 2.70 mg;
Potassium chloride — 0.30 mg;
Trisodium citrate dihydrate — 0.58 mg.

Product Description:

An oral rehydration solution designed to correct electrolyte and fluid imbalance during diarrhea.
Glucose enhances electrolyte absorption and helps correct metabolic acidosis.

Indications for Use:

Oral rehydration and prevention of dehydration in acute diarrhea with mild to moderate dehydration.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of freshly boiled, cooled drinking water.
In mild dehydration: 75 ml/kg body weight over 4 hours.
For prevention: 100–200 ml solution after each loose stool.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any component.
• Severe dehydration.
• Coma.
• Intestinal obstruction.
• Severe vomiting.
• Cholera‑induced diarrhea.
• Glucose‑galactose malabsorption.

Precautions:

• In patients with diabetes, renal impairment, or other chronic diseases, diarrhea may cause significant fluid or glucose imbalance. Laboratory monitoring and hospitalization may be required.
• Do not exceed recommended doses unless confirmed by laboratory tests.
• In case of vomiting, wait 10 minutes after the episode and administer the solution slowly in small sips.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

In patients with normal renal function, the risk of hypernatremia or water overload is low.
Rapid intake may cause vomiting.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Use only under medical supervision.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C, in a dry place, protected from light.
