Bladogra 25 mg 30 tablets

Bladogra is a drug for the treatment of overactive bladder.
Belongs to beta-3-adrenergic agonists. It is used to reduce symptoms of overactive bladder, such as frequent urination, imperative urges and urinary incontinence.

Composition (per 1 tablet):

• Mirabegron (Mirabegron) - 25 mg

Pharmacological properties:

Mirabegron is a selective agonist of β3-adrenergic receptors located in the detrusor (bladder wall muscle). Activation of these receptors promotes relaxation of the detrusor during the urine accumulation phase, which increases the volume of the bladder and reduces the frequency of involuntary contractions.
The drug improves urination control, reduces episodes of urgency and frequency of incontinence in patients with overactive bladder.

Indications for use:

• Overactive bladder with symptoms such as:
– Urgent urge to urinate
– Frequent urination
– Urgent urinary incontinence

Method of administration and dosage:

Adults:
• The recommended dose is 25 mg once a day, regardless of food intake
• If the effect is insufficient, the doctor may increase the dose to 50 mg per day
The tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing or dividing.
