Properties:

Rovatinex@ promotes disintegration and elimination of stones from the kidneys and urinary tract. The inhibitory effect of

Rovatinex@ on the formation of kidney and urinary stones has been established in a number of animal studies. Rovatinex@ has an antispasmodic effect, promotes the passage of stones along the urinary tract, reduces pain in renal and ureteral colic. Rovatinex@ enhances renal blood flow and reduces inflammation.

Rovatinex@ has antibacterial activity against a number of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

Indications:

– for the treatment of urolithiasis

Method of administration and dosage:

Recommended dosage regimen:

Adults: 1-2 capsules 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

The duration of the course of treatment is set by the doctor individually, depending on the course of the disease.

Precautions:

Rovatinex@ is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal colic, anuria or severe urinary tract infection. During treatment, you should increase fluid intake.

The drug contains excipients ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, which can cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).

Pregnancy and lactation:

There is no data on the use of the drug duri pregnancy in humans. There are no data on teratogenicity of the drug in animals. However, at least some of the ingredients can cross the placenta. The drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Features of the effect of the drug on the ability to drive a vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms

There is no data on the effect of Rovatinex@ capsules on these functions in patients.

Side effects:

A small number of patients noted mild and transient stomach discomfort. Vomiting was very rare. In two cases, drug intolerance was noticed (the cause is unknown).
