Composition: 

Each tablet contains: memantine hydrochloride – 20 mg. Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, hypromellose. 

Description: 

Alzmenda is an NMDA receptor antagonist used in the treatment of dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease. It improves cognitive functions, memory, attention, and learning ability while slowing the progression of symptoms. 

Properties: 

Blocks excessive stimulation of NMDA receptors. 
Improves memory, focus, and mental performance. 
Slows the progression of cognitive decline. 
Enhances daily functional abilities. 
Well tolerated during long-term use. 

Indications for Use: 

Treatment of moderate to severe dementia in Alzheimer's disease. 

Method of Application: 

Adults: starting dose — 5 mg once daily. 
Increase by 5 mg weekly until reaching the maintenance dose of 20 mg once daily. 
Swallow tablet whole with water, regardless of meals. 
Duration of treatment determined individually by a physician. 

Storage Conditions: 

Store at +5°C…+25°C, in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
