Composition:

Each 100 g contains:
Diclofenac diethylamine — 1.160 g.
Methyl salicylate — 8.000 g.
Menthol — 2.000 g.

Product Description:

• Topical combined preparation with analgesic, anti‑inflammatory, and anti‑edematous effects.
• Diclofenac — NSAID, inhibits cyclooxygenase, suppresses prostaglandin synthesis, relieves pain and inflammation.
• Menthol — stimulates cold receptors, causes local cooling sensation, vasoconstriction, and mild analgesia.
• Methyl salicylate — salicylic acid derivative, provides local irritation and anti‑inflammatory action, penetrates skin to reach inflamed tissues, hydrolyzed to salicylic acid anion, metabolized in the liver, excreted via kidneys.

Indications for Use:

• Myositis, fibrositis.
• Muscle and tendon sprains, musculoskeletal injuries.
• Muscle and joint pain after physical exertion.
• Rheumatic soft tissue conditions (bursitis, arthritis, tendovaginitis).

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Apply externally 3–4 times daily.
Recommended treatment course: up to 2 weeks.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other components.
• Bronchial asthma.
• Peptic ulcer disease in exacerbation.
• Damaged skin, open wounds at application site.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Children under 12 years.

Precautions:

For external use only.
Avoid contact with damaged skin, mucous membranes, and eyes.
Use cautiously in patients with history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, peptic ulcer disease, circulatory disorders, hepatic or renal impairment.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Rare: skin redness, itching, burning, dryness, urticaria.
Isolated cases: generalized rash, angioedema, dyspnea, photosensitivity when applied to large skin areas.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Contraindicated.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C.
