Composition:

Each ampoule contains:
Diclofenac potassium — 75 mg.
Excipients:
Benzyl alcohol.
Sodium disulfite.
Mannitol.
Sodium hydroxide.
Propylene glycol.
Water for injection.

Product Description:

Adwiflam is a non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory drug (NSAID) with pronounced analgesic, anti‑inflammatory, and antipyretic effects.
It rapidly relieves pain and inflammatory swelling in trauma, surgical interventions, migraine, and gynecological conditions.

Indications for Use:

• Post‑traumatic pain, inflammation, and swelling.
• Postoperative pain and inflammation.
• Gynecological conditions (primary dysmenorrhea, adnexitis).
• Headache, migraine.
• Toothache.
• Pain in the spine, muscles, and joints.
• Neuralgia.
• Rheumatic diseases of soft tissues.
• Proctitis.
• Renal and biliary colic.
• As an adjunct in infectious and inflammatory ENT diseases.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Administer deeply intramuscularly.
• Single dose — 75 mg (1 ampoule).
• Repeat administration possible after at least 12 hours.
• Duration of use — no more than 2 days, then switch to oral or rectal forms of diclofenac.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs.
• History of bronchial asthma, urticaria, or acute rhinitis induced by NSAIDs.
• Active gastric or intestinal ulcer, bleeding, perforation.
• Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis in exacerbation.
• Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.
• Confirmed hyperkalemia.
• Severe heart failure, postoperative period after CABG.
• Hematopoietic disorders and coagulation abnormalities.
• Third trimester of pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

Use with caution in patients receiving corticosteroids, anticoagulants, antiplatelets, or SSRIs.
Discontinue if gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration occurs.
Prescribe the minimum effective dose to reduce GI risks.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

• Nervous system: headache, dizziness.
• Cardiovascular system: arrhythmia, hypotension; rarely — myocardial infarction, heart failure.
• Respiratory system: dyspnea, bronchospasm.
• Digestive system: dry mouth, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, flatulence, elevated liver enzymes.
• Allergic reactions and local reactions at the injection site possible.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C, in a dry place.

Packaging:

Cardboard box containing 6 ampoules of 3 ml.
