Composition:

Diclofenac potassium 50 mg (extended-release formulation).

Description: 

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Provides sustained release of diclofenac potassium for prolonged therapeutic effect. Indicated for relief of pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal and joint conditions.

Indications for Use:

Rheumatoid arthritis.
Osteoarthritis.
Ankylosing spondylitis.
Acute musculoskeletal pain.
Post-operative pain and inflammation.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Extended-Release Capsules, Oral Use.
Typical dose: 1 capsule (50 mg) once or twice daily, depending on severity.
Dosage adjusted by physician according to patient’s condition.
Capsules should be swallowed whole with water, not chewed or crushed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs.
History of gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer.
Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
Pregnancy (especially third trimester).
Children under 18 years (unless prescribed).

Precautions:

Monitor liver and kidney function during prolonged use.
Use with caution in patients with hypertension or cardiovascular disease.
Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants.
Discontinue if gastrointestinal bleeding occurs.
