Product Description:

Contains sildenafil, which is a clinically proven inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 and is used to support erectile function in adult men with erectile dysfunction.
By enhancing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation, the drug helps to achieve and maintain a stable erection necessary for satisfactory sexual activity.
This is a prescription medicine, developed for reliable efficacy and safety under medical supervision.

Indications for use:

Treatment of erectile dysfunction of various origins (organic, psychogenic, or mixed), characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse.

Method of administration and dosage:

• Standard dosage: As recommended by a physician.
• Usually prescribed as 1/2 tablet (50 mg) or 1 tablet (100 mg).
• Administration time: Taken orally with water approximately 30–60 minutes before planned sexual activity.
• Frequency of administration: The maximum daily dose is 1 tablet (100 mg) once per day.
• Effect of food: Fatty food and alcohol may delay the onset of action.

Contraindications:

• Concurrent use of nitrates or nitric oxide donors (medications for angina and heart pain).
• Severe cardiovascular diseases (recent myocardial infarction or stroke, severe heart failure, unstable angina).
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
• Uncontrolled arterial hypotension (blood pressure below 90/50 mmHg) or hypertension.
• Hereditary degenerative retinal diseases.
• Individual intolerance to sildenafil or excipients.
• Age under 18 years and use by women.

Precautions:

• Elderly patients over 65 years: recommended starting dose is 25 mg, use with caution.
• Renal impairment: if creatinine clearance <30 ml/min, initial dose should be 25 mg (if necessary).
• Hepatic impairment: initial dose should be 25 mg (if necessary).
• Avoid concurrent consumption of large amounts of alcohol.
• Use with caution in patients with blood clotting disorders.
• Use with caution in arterial hypotension (<90/50 mmHg) and uncontrolled hypertension (>170/110 mmHg).
• Use with caution in life-threatening arrhythmias, stroke, or myocardial infarction within the last 6 months.
• Use with caution in heart failure or ischemic heart disease accompanied by unstable angina.
• Use with caution in patients with conditions predisposing to priapism (sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia).

Adverse reaction / Side effects:

Possible headache, flushing, dyspepsia, visual disturbances, nasal congestion, dizziness, as well as rare cases of hearing loss and painful priapism lasting more than 4 hours.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Use of sildenafil in pregnant women outside controlled clinical studies is currently not recommended.
The drug passes into breast milk.
