Composition:
Per tablet:
Perindopril arginine — 5 mg;
Indapamide — 1.25 mg;
Amlodipine — 5 mg.
Description of the product:
Triplixam is a fixed‑dose combination medication used in the treatment of arterial hypertension and cardiovascular conditions.
It combines an ACE inhibitor (perindopril), a thiazide‑like diuretic (indapamide), and a calcium channel blocker (amlodipine), providing comprehensive blood pressure control and cardiovascular protection.
Indications for use:
Treatment of arterial hypertension.
Reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with high blood pressure.
Support of heart and vascular function in patients requiring combination therapy.
Method of administration and dosage:
Adults: One tablet daily, preferably in the morning before meals.
Follow physician’s instructions and package labeling.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the active substances or excipients.
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
- Cardiogenic shock, severe hypotension.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Precautions:
Use with caution in patients with electrolyte imbalance, diabetes mellitus, or chronic kidney disease.

Side effects:
Common: headache, dizziness, cough, edema, fatigue.
