Composition:

Each 100 g of cream contains:

Hydrocortisone micronized 500 mg

Qinghocaine 500 mg

Properties:

The mechanism of action of the drug is due to its constituent components. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid hormone that suppresses the function of macrophages and leukocytes, restricts the migration of leukocytes to the inflammation focus. Promotes the stabilization of lysosomal membranes, thereby reducing the concentration of proteolytic enzymes in the inflammation focus, reduces capillary permeability caused by the action of histamine. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antiexudative effects. Zincocaine hydrochloride is a local anesthetic and reduces the excitability of sensitive nerve endings.

Indications:

Hemorrhoids, especially those associated with inflammatory conditions.

Anal fissures, anal itching and proctitis.

Method of administration and dosage:

Apply the cream with the applicator into the rectum at night and in the morning, as well as after each bowel movement.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
