Composition:

1 gram of cream contains:

B-esin – 10 mg.

Micronized hydrocortisone – 5 mg.

Cinhocaine hydrochloride – 5 mg.

Micronized framycetin sulfate – 11.6 mg.

Auxiliary components: Labrafil M, stearyl alcohol, emulsifying wax, white soft paraffin, Tween 60, propylene glycol, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium sulfite, disodium salt.

Properties:

a combined preparation consisting of glucocorticoids, local anesthetics and antibacterial substances.

Indications:

for the local treatment of pain, itching and inflammation associated with internal or external hemorrhoids and hemorrhoidal complications such as fissures, proctitis,

perianal eczema and postoperative conditions.

Mode of application:

Apply the cream in small amounts with your finger to painful or itchy areas in the morning and evening, and after each bowel movement. For deep application, attach the cannula to the tube, insert its full length and gently squeeze the tube from the lower end while removing. The treatment should last a week.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of: untreated viral, tuberculous or fungal infections.

Hypersensitivity to active ingredients or any of the excipients.

Side effects:

itching, pain, and rash around the anus may rarely occur.

Pregnancy and lactation:

do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless deemed necessary b physician.

Precautions:

the duration of continuous treatment should not exceed more than 3 weeks, in patients under the age of 3 years due to the threat of growth retardation and suppression of the adrenal glands. Continuous application without interruption can lead to local skin atrophy and superficial vasodilation. Long-term use of antiinfectious agents can lead to the development of superinfection caused by fungi that are resistant to this drug. May cause local skin reactions (eg contact dermatitis).

Storage:

Do not use after the expiration date stated on the label. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 0 C, out of the reach of children.
