Composition:
Each ml contains Poloxamer 407 as the active ingredient and 0.001 mg of Polyhexanide as the inactive ingredient with sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, and purified water.
Stabilizer:
Disodium edetate 0.025% w/v.
Description:
A universal contact lens solution that cleans, rinses, disinfects, and removes protein.
Perfect Care is indicated for protein removal, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, and storage of all types of soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses, including daily and extended wear lenses.
Directions for use:
Removed lenses should be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and stored in fresh solution for disinfection.
For cleaning, disinfection, and daily removal of protein deposits, follow the simple steps below.
This daily procedure is recommended by the manufacturer for healthy and comfortable contact lens wear:
Place 3 drops of Perfect Care solution on each side of the lens and gently rub each side for 10 seconds.
Rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds with the universal solution.
Place the cleaned contact lens into the appropriate compartment of the lens case and fill with fresh solution.
Leave for at least 4 hours.
If there are particles remaining on your lenses, rinse them with the universal solution.
Pour the solution out of the lens case, then rinse the case with fresh Perfect Care solution.
Leave the case open with the caps off until completely dry.
Screw the caps back on.
Your case is now ready for use again.
Remember, always use fresh solution.
Never reuse the same solution.

Close the bottle cap when not in use.
Do not reuse this solution.
Do not use other medications in combination with this solution unless prescribed by your doctor.
Do not use the Perfect Care universal solution for thermal disinfection.
Keep out of reach of children.
WARNING:
If symptoms such as eye redness, excessive tearing, or vision deterioration occur and persist, discontinue use immediately and consult your eye care professional.
Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.
After opening the bottle, use the solution within 6 months.
