Directions for use:

1.Prepare the skin( remove excess oil, makeup and long hair to make sure tape will stick tight to your skin).

2.Prepare the required length and shape of tape, according to your needs, follow the instructions or your physician’s advice.

3.Apply tape to your skin and gently rub with your hand to make sure it is fixed well.

There are several techniques on how to apply kinesio tape.

Warnings and precautions:

• Kinesio tape can cause allergic reactions, if that happens, take a break or discontinue use.
• Do not touch the glued side of the tape with your hand. Do not remove the protective film during all measures.
• Keep out of reach of children.
