Active ingredients: 5mg of Nebivolol 5mg of Amlodipine 

Indication:

Treating hypertension and angina. 

Mechanism of action: 

Nebivolol works by slowing the heart rate and reducing the workload on the heart, while Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure. 

Dosage and Method of Administration:

Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare provider. 

The recommended dose of the drug for the treatment of hypertension is 5 mg once daily, then the dose can be increased every two weeks, depending on the patient's response to the drug, up to a dose of 40 mg/day.

Dosing may vary depending on individual patient response and the severity of the condition.

Warning:

It's important to follow the prescribed dosage and frequency as advised by your healthcare professional. Do not abruptly stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor, as it may lead to adverse effects. Inform your healthcare provider of any other medications or supplements you are taking, as they may interact with Nebivolol and Amlodipine. 

Contraindications:

The drug is contraindicated in the following cases:

Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.

Bronchial asthma.

Bronchospasm, such as chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

severe disorders of liver function.

Cardiogenic shock.

Significant fluid retention requires treatment with intravenous heart medications.

Heart block in grade 2, 3, except for patients with artificial pacemakers.

Slowing heart rate to less than 50 beats per minute.

Severe drop in blood pressure.

Marked atrial sinus heart block.

Side Effects:

Headache, Trouble, Vortex, Diarrhe, Nausea, Increased triglyceride levels and insulin resistance, and decreased high-density lipoprotein.HDL) levels, Insomnia, Peripheral edema, Weakness, Bradycardia, Chest pain, Shortness of breath
