Composition:
75% Closed cell neoprene foam
25% Stretch nylon.
Description:
An orthopedic palm support designed to provide mild compression, stabilisation, and comfort during recovery from injuries, fractures, or surgeries, as well as during sports activity.
It enhances stability and proprioception of the wrist-palm-forearm movement chain.
The adjustable hook-and-loop closure allows an individualized fit and appropriate pressure when needed.
Soft, elastic, non-allergenic material ensures comfort and reduces unnecessary pressure on surrounding tissues.
Indications for Use:
- Support after fractures or surgery (as directed by a physician).
- Mild immobilisation and protection in sprains, strains, contusions.
- Reduction of pain and strain in tendinitis or muscle weakness.
- Sports use to improve stability, proprioception, and performance.
- Prevention of overuse injuries of the wrist.
Method of Administration:
- For external use only.
- Place the support around the palm and wrist area.
- Adjust the hook-and-loop closure to achieve firm but comfortable compression.
- Do not overtighten.
- Suitable during sports or daily activities.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to neoprene or nylon. 
- Open wounds or active skin infections at the application site.
- Significant circulatory disturbances of the hand.
- Severe injuries requiring rigid immobilisation.
Precautions:
- Discontinue use if skin irritation, numbness, or pain occurs.
- Do not wear continuously for long periods unless advised by a doctor.
- Avoid excessive compression.
- Ensure correct sizing.
- Use with caution in children.
Side Effects:
Possible but uncommon:
- Local skin irritation;
