For elderly patients or those with renal insufficiency:
• The dose is selected individually, usually lower than the standard.
• Monitoring of digoxin blood levels is required.
• Dosage is adjusted individually based on kidney function, age, and body weight.
• It is recommended to monitor digoxin levels in the blood.
