Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Heptaminol hydrochloride equivalent to 150 mg of heptaminol.
Excipients:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Povidone K30, Croscarmellose sodium, Silicified microcrystalline cellulose (Prosolv 90), Colloidal anhydrous silica (Aerosil 200), Disodium edetate, Magnesium stearate, Sodium stearyl fumarate.
Description:
Corasore is a vasoactive medicinal product containing heptaminol, intended for the symptomatic treatment of orthostatic hypotension.
Its pharmacological action is associated with supporting vascular tone and helping to counteract sudden decreases in blood pressure, particularly when hypotension is induced by psychotropic medications.
The tablets are intended for oral use, swallowed whole, and provide a consistent and reliable therapeutic response.
Indications for Use:
- Symptomatic treatment of orthostatic hypotension.
- Particularly useful for hypotension occurring during psychotropic treatment.
Dosage and Method of Administration:
Adults:
- 1 to 2 tablets three times per day.
- Tablets must be swallowed whole; do not divide or chew.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to heptaminol hydrochloride or any excipients.
- Severe hypertension.
- Hyperthyroidism.
Precautions:
