Coldatrexy 30 tablets

Composition: 

Each film-coated tablet contains:
Paracetamol 500 mg,
Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg,
Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg,
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg. 

Product Description: 

Coldatrexy is a combination preparation formulated to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, including fever, cough, nasal congestion, and allergic manifestations. 

Indications for Use: 

Coldatrexy is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of common cold and flu, including headache, fever, sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, and runny nose. 

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

The preparation is administered orally.
Dosage depends on age and severity of symptoms and must follow the leaflet instructions or physician’s prescription. 

Contraindications: 

Coldatrexy must not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, severe hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). 

Precautions:

Caution is advised in patients with liver disease, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, or chronic respiratory conditions.
Avoid alcohol during treatment. 

Adverse Reactions: 

Possible side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, gastrointestinal upset, and allergic reactions.
Rarely, cardiovascular effects may occur due to phenylephrine. 

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Coldatrexy should only be used during pregnancy or lactation if clearly necessary and prescribed by a physician. 

Storage Conditions: 

Store below 25°C in a dry place.
Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.

Supplied in a box containing 30 film-coated tablets.
