Properties:
The tasty organic herbal tea that may help relieve stress and relax both mentally and physically. It contains a blend of aromatic herbs that may help calm the nervous system and soothe nervous digestive disorders.
Chamomile has been frequently used as a mild sedative to calm nerves and reduce anxiety, to treat hysteria, nightmares, insomnia and other sleep disorders.
Peppermint contains Menthol, Limonene, and Carvone which contain tranquillizing as well as analgesic effects that work against stress. The aroma released after the brewing of the tea also attenuates the anxiety level.
Tilia is a gentle nervine herb – meaning it is calming to the nervous system and helps us relax, breathe and remove the excess heat from our bodies, without sleeping effect.
Lemon balm is believed to have antibacterial, sedative, and spasmolytic effects. It is used to alleviate anxiety, stress, sleep problems, and gastrointestinal disorders.
Directions for use:
Pour boiling water over a tea filter bag, cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups during the day.
Warnings and precautions:
Do not use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Use with caution in cases of obstruction, inflammation of the bile ducts, and gallstones.
Do not use it if you are allergic to the sunflower family of plants.
