Inactive ingredients:

Sucrose, Glycerin, Methyl parabens sodium, Propyl parabens sodium, Citric acid, Carboxymethylcellulose sodium (2000 cp), Banana powder flavor, Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80), Caramel EI50 (D-class IV), Purified water

Properties:

This formula contains Echinacea, a traditional remedy well known for its effects on colds and reducing the severity and duration of cold and flu symptoms.

It may strengthen your body’s immune system, helping you fight colds and flu caused by viruses or bacteria. 

Some research shows that the echinacea plant contains chemicals that help your body create white blood cells.

Echinacea has an antibacterial effect on respiratory bacteria.

Studies also suggest that echinacea may possess antiviral properties and could help treat respiratory tract infections in both children and adults.

Indications:

-Immunostimulating in case of common cold symptoms in adults and adolescents.

Dosage and administration :

Adults and adolescents:

2 teaspoons three times daily or as prescribed by your doctor.

Side effects:

-Hypersensitivity reactions (rash, urticaria, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, angioedema the skin, Quincke edema, bronchospasm with obstruction, asthma and anaphylactic shock) may occur.

-Echinacea can trigger allergic reactions in atopic patients. Association with

autoimmune diseases (encephalitis disseminata, erythema nodosum, immune thrombocytopenia, Evans Syndrome, Sjögren syndrome with renal tubular dysfunction) have been reported.

-Leucopenia may occur in long-term use (more than 8 weeks). The frequency is not known.

Contraindications:

-Immulant N  should not be administered in the presence of multiple sclerosis, leukosis, collagen disease, AIDS, tuberculosis and should not be taken for patients who did organ transplantation.

-Echinacea should not be administered to people with a known allergy to this plant.

-Echinacea should not be used during pregnancy.

Warnings and precautions:

• Internal use should not exceed a period of 8 successive weeks.
• Interaction may occur when using cyclosporine or other anti-rejection drugs.

Echinacea may also interfere with the cancer chemotherapeutic effect of corticosteroids.

• The use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
• Pediatric use:

The use for children under 12 years is not recommended.

• Effects on ability to drive and use machines:

No studies on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines have been

performed.

• Keep out of reach of children.
