Composition:

Each tablet contains:
Senna leaf extract — 105 mg.
Rhubarb extract — 25 mg.
Purified sulfur — 50 mg.
Activated charcoal — 180 mg.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, peppermint oil, sucrose, starch, talc, kaolin.

Product Description:

• Herbal‑based combined preparation for digestive regulation.
• Activated charcoal adsorbs intestinal gases, toxins, and harmful by‑products.
• Senna leaves and rhubarb extract stimulate peristalsis, provide mild laxative and disinfectant effects.
• Peppermint and fennel oils add spasmolytic and anti‑inflammatory action.
• Purified sulfur offers mild disinfectant properties against putrefactive processes.

Indications for Use:

Regulation and restoration of digestive function post‑surgery, especially intestinal operations.
Digestive disturbances in pregnancy and early postpartum period.
Bowel cleansing and reduction of flatulence before radiological, ultrasound, or other diagnostic procedures.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Oral use: 1–2 tablets up to 3 times daily.
In the evening: 3–4 tablets may be taken to achieve laxative effect by morning.

Contraindications:

• Intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown origin.
• Acute appendicitis.
• Peptic ulcer disease in exacerbation.
• Children under 12 years.

Precautions:

• Not suitable for patients with hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose‑galactose malabsorption, or sucrase‑isomaltase deficiency.
• Diarrhea indicates overdose; dose reduction or discontinuation is required.
• Avoid prolonged use beyond 1–2 weeks without medical supervision.
• Chronic constipation requires investigation of underlying cause.
• Use cautiously in renal impairment due to risk of fluid‑electrolyte imbalance.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Gastrointestinal: abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea (usually with irritable bowel or high dose).
Allergic reactions: rare cases of rash, angioedema, photosensitivity.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Use only under medical supervision.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C.
