Each tablet contains:

Olmesartan medoxomil 20 mg

Amlodipine 5 mg

Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Auxiliary components:

Mannitol, crospovidone, polyvinyl purrolidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

This is a combined drug that includes an angiotensin II receptor antagonist (olmesartan medoxomil), a thiazide diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide) and amlodipine besylate, a calcium channel blocker. The combination of these three active substances has a synergistic effect and helps to lower blood pressure to a greater extent than each active ingredient separately, has a combined antihypertensive effect, as a result of which blood pressure decreases to a greater extent than when each of them is taken separately. When taking the drug once a day, an effective and uniform decrease in blood pressure is achieved within 24 hours.

– essential arterial hypertension

The drug is indicated for patients in whom monotherapy with olmesartan medoxomil or amlodipine does not provide the necessary control of blood pressure.

The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day.

It is recommended to take the drug at the same time every day.

– severe arterial hypotension;

-shock (including cardiogenic shock);

– violation of the outflow of blood from the left ventricle (for example, with severe aortic stenosis);

– hemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.

The combined use of drugs containing aliskiren is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or impaired renal function (glomerular filtration rate <60 ml / min / 1.73 m2).

-severe liver dysfunction (more than 9 points on the Child-Pugh scale) (risk of developing hepatic coma), obstruction of the biliary tract and cholestasis;

-severe renal dysfunction (CC less than 30 ml / min.);

-refractory hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia and symptomatic hyperuricemia;

-pregnancy;

– lactation period;

– age up to 18 years (the effectiveness and safety of the drug have not been studied);

– hypersensitivity to olmesartan medoxomil, hydrochlorothiazide or other sulfonamide derivatives or to any of the excipients that make up the drug.

Symptomatic arterial hypotension, especially after taking the first dose of the drug, can occur in patients with reduced BCC and / or reduced sodium concentration due to intensive diuretic therapy, restriction of salt intake with food during dietary meals, and also due to diarrhea or vomiting. The relevant factors should be eliminated before using the Erastapex trio drug.

Thiazide diuretics, including hydrochlorothiazide, can cause disturbances in the BCC or serum water and electrolyte balance (including hypokalemia, hyponatremia, and hypochloremic alkalosis). Precursor symptoms are: dryness of the oral mucosa, thirst, weakness, drowsiness, anxiety, myalgia or cramps, muscle weakness, hypotension, oliguria, tachycardia, nausea and vomiting.

From the side of the central nervous system:

Often: dizziness.

Uncommon: syncope.

On the part of the cardiovascular system:

Infrequently: palpitations, marked decrease in blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension.

From the side of the skin:

Uncommon: skin rash, eczema.

From the side of metabolism:

Uncommon: hyper- or hypokalemia, hypercalcemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia, increased blood lipids.

On the part of laboratory parameters:

Very rare: a slight increase in the concentration of creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen in the blood serum, a slight decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin and hematocrit.
