Composition:

Sacubitril 24 mg,
Valsartan 26 mg (per tablet).

Description of the product:

A medicine for the treatment of heart failure.
It helps the heart work more effectively, reduces strain, and improves blood circulation.

Indications for use:

Chronic heart failure with reduced pumping function.
Reduction of risk of death and hospitalizations in patients with heart failure.
May be prescribed to children over 1 year with weakened heart function.

Method of administration and dosage:

Usually started with one tablet twice daily.
The doctor may gradually increase the dose.
Lower doses are prescribed for patients with kidney or liver problems.

Contraindications:

Allergy to sacubitril, valsartan, or similar medicines.
History of angioedema (swelling) with ACE inhibitors or ARBs.
Pregnancy.

Precautions:

Monitor blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels.
Do not take together with ACE inhibitors.
Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or low blood pressure.

Side effects:

Common: dizziness, cough, low blood pressure, high potassium, kidney problems.
Rare: severe swelling of face, lips, or throat (angioedema) — requires urgent medical help.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Contraindicated during pregnancy.
Not recommended during breastfeeding.
