Diprosalic lotion 30 ml

Compound:
1 gram of lotion contains:
Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.64mg
Salicylic acid - 20 mg.
Paraben free.
Auxiliary components:
Disodium hydroxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isopropyl alcohol and purified water. PH – 5.0.
Properties:
Salicylic acid is a keratolytic and antiseptic agent and has a bacteriostatic and fungicidal effect.
Betamethasone dipropionate is a synthetic fluorinated corticosteroid that has an anti-inflammatory, vasoconstrictor effect.
Indications:
For the relief of inflammatory manifestations of psoriasis and seborrhea of the scalp.
For the treatment of any other skin inflammation.
Mode of application:
You should apply a few drops of lotion to the affected areas and gently and thoroughly massage the scalp or skin on another part of the body 2 times a day, morning and night.
For some patients, adequate supportive therapy can be achieved with less frequent use.
Contraindications:
In patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Side effects:
Burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acne, rashes, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, skin maceration, secondary infections, skin atrophy, striae, fever, pain sensation, skin cracks. Salicylic acid preparations can cause dermatitis.
Precautions:
If excessive dryness, irritation or sensitization develops when using the lotion, treatment should be discontinued.
In the presence of infection, appropriate therapy is indicated.
Any of the side effects may also topical corticosteroids, especially in infants and children.
Systemic absorption of corticosteroids or salicylic acid will be increased if large body surfaces are treated.
Avoid applying salicylic acid to open wounds or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Since the safety of the use of corticosteroids in pregnant women and during breastfeeding has not been established, a drug in this class should be used only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, protected from light and out of reach of children.
