Structure:

Each p/ o tablet contains:

Micronized Purified Flavonoid Fraction 500mg

Complies with:

Diosmin 90% – 450mg.

Flavonoids, expressed as hesperidin 10% 50mg.

Auxiliary components: sodium starch glycolate, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, talc.

Properties:

Pharmacological group: venotonic and venoprotective drug.

Increases venous tone, increases resistance in small blood vessels.

Indications:

treatment of venous circulation disorders

(heaviness, pain and fatigue of the legs).

Treatment of functional symptoms associated with acute attacks of hemorrhoids. Treatment of menorrhagia and premenstrual syndrome.

Mode of application:

In case of venous insufficiency – 2 tablets per day (1 tablet at noon and 1 in the evening, with meals) or as directed by a doctor.

For acute hemorrhoids – 6 tablets per day for 4 days, then 4 tablets per day for the next 3 days with meals as directed by a doctor.

Overdose may cause symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, itching, and rash.

Side effects:

General: diarrhea, dyspepsia (difficulty digestion), nausea, vomiting.

Uncommon: colitis (inflammation of the colon).

Rare: dizziness, headaches, discomfort, ras (sudden redness in patches), itching (skin reactions such as itching), and hives (an allergic reaction with small red patches).

Very rare: angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, pharynx, which can cause difficulty breathing).

Contraindications:

hypersensitivity to micronized purified flavonoid fraction or any other auxiliary components of the drug, children’s age.

Precautions:

Acute hemorrhoids: If symptoms persist within 15 days, consult your doctor. If the venous circulation is impaired: the most effective treatment is a combination with a healthy lifestyle. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, heat, excessive standing and excess weight. Walking and, if necessary, wearing special compression garments can also help stimulate blood circulation. If necessary, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medication.

Pregnancy:

It is preferable to avoid using the drug during pregnancy.

Breast-feeding:

In the absence of data on nursing women, it is advisable to suspend breastfeeding during treatment.
