Composition: 

Each tablet contains:
Bisoprolol Fumarate 2.5 mg,
Hydrochlorothiazide 6.25 mg.

Product Description: 

Bistol Plus is a fixed-dose combination of a cardioselective beta-blocker and a thiazide diuretic.
It is designed to lower blood pressure and manage hypertension when monotherapy is insufficient.

Indications for Use: 

Treatment of essential hypertension, particularly in patients requiring combination therapy.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Administered orally, one tablet daily, with dosage adjusted according to physician’s prescription.

Contraindications: 

Hypersensitivity to bisoprolol, hydrochlorothiazide, other sulfonamides, or excipients.
Severe bradycardia, heart block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, anuria, and severe renal or hepatic impairment.

Precautions: 

Use with caution in patients with diabetes, gout, electrolyte imbalance, or bronchospastic disease.

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects): 

May include fatigue, dizziness, headache, gastrointestinal upset, electrolyte disturbances, and rarely arrhythmias or hypersensitivity reactions.

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Requires medical supervision, generally not recommended unless clearly necessary.
