Composition: 

Each film-coated tablet contains Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg.

Product Description: 

Bisocard is a cardioselective beta-blocker that reduces heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure by blocking beta-1 adrenergic receptors.
It is used in cardiovascular therapy for hypertension, angina pectoris, and chronic heart failure.

Indications for Use: 

Bisocard is indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure, stable angina, and chronic heart failure in combination with other therapies.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

The tablets are administered orally, swallowed whole with water.
Dosage is individualized by the physician depending on the patient’s condition.
Treatment is usually long-term and requires gradual dose adjustment.

Contraindications: 

Bisocard is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to bisoprolol or excipients, severe bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, acute heart failure, and severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Precautions: 

Caution is required in patients with diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, renal or hepatic impairment.
Abrupt discontinuation should be avoided to prevent rebound effects.

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects): 

Possible adverse reactions include fatigue, dizziness, bradycardia, hypotension, and cold extremities.
Serious risks involve worsening of heart failure or bronchospasm in susceptible patients.

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended unless the potential benefit outweighs the risk.
